We are looking for a flatmate for our Private Modern house on a quiet street in Deanwell (CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL in Deanwell)
Warm spacious insulated large sleep out available with wardrobe and own external aeriel connected to freeview. It has a ranchslider off the room which opens up onto your own private patio and the backyard. Perfect for smokers and fantastic in summer.
Room will/can come semi self contained with TV, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, heater,fan, and we can supply some bedroom furniture as well if its needed.
The house is fully furnished, freeview in lounge and room, sunny, warm, dishwasher and range hood. Nice modern bathroom (gas hot water) with a separate toilet.
The house has recently been redecorated so it looks nice and fresh. It has full insulating in the roof and under the floors (including sleepout) which means those cold winter nights will be nice and cozy for you.
The lounge is really sunny and has big doors off it which open up to a nice deck area for those summer bbqs or simply laying in the sun with a good book.
